We aim to dispatch all purchases within 2 working days. We use Royal Mail and various couriers. Please allow at least 5 working days for your parcel to arrive.

We offer the option to click and collect. Browse and buy at home or contact us direct before collecting from the store during normal business hours.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

Although we hope you love your order, we understand there may be times when you need to return items to us, which we are happy to exchange, credit or refund within 14 days.

 

We kindly ask that all items are returned in their original condition, unworn/unused with their original tags/packaging. The cost of returns are the responsibility of the customer, we recommend that you send the returns by a tracked service.

Please address to Collated, 4 Market Hill, Framlingham, Suffolk, IP13 9BA enclosing your reason for returning and your original order number. 

 

Please note that earrings, underwear and sealed products eg body products and home fragrance items are non-returnable unless faulty.
